ANNOUNCEMENT
As of 2 December 2025, SureStone Insurance DAC has been acquired by Bridgehaven Europe Holdings Ltd.
SureStone will continue to honour all policyholder obligations relating to existing contracts of insurance underwritten prior to the acquisition detailed above. All claims relating to these policies will continue to be handled by SureStone in accordance with the original policy conditions.
